The app

Darkboard Prime collects nothing. It works offline, has no account, no analytics and no crash reporting, and never connects to the internet. Your boards stay on your computer.

This site

When you ask for the download, I keep:

• your email address and which computer you chose (Mac or Windows)
• which boxes you ticked, the exact wording you agreed to, when, and the internet address you sent it from (Canada's anti-spam law requires proof of consent)
• when your download link was used

When you send feedback, I keep the message, the app version and your email if you gave one.

The site sets no cookies and runs no trackers or ads.

How it's used

• Updates box (required to download): the download link, then emails about new versions and fixes to Darkboard Prime.
• Other projects box (optional): occasional emails about other tools and projects from Ricardo Curtis. Only if you ticked it.
• Feedback: to fix bugs and decide what to improve. If you left an email, I may reply.

Your email is never sold, rented or shared, except with the services that run this site: Railway (hosting) and Resend (sending email). Both are in the United States.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. To see or delete what I hold about you, email darkboardprime@gmail.com and it's done within 30 days.
